Frequently Asked Questions About Our Plant Rentals
Planning an event is full of moving parts. At Green Affairs LLC, our goal is to make your plant rental experience simple, beautiful, and stress-free. Below, we’ve answered some of the most common questions we receive from clients.
Whether you're a bride, planner, or production coordinator, we hope these FAQs help you feel confident in working with us

Booking & Availability
How far in advance should I reserve my plant rentals?
We recommend booking 2 to 4 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons like spring, summer, and the holidays. That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute rentals whenever possible.
If you’re working on a fast timeline, give us a call—we may be able to fulfill your request within 24–48 hours, depending on plant availability and delivery logistics.

Do you have a rental minimum?
There is no strict rental minimum, but we typically work on projects where at least 5–10 plants are being rented. For smaller-scale needs, such as photo shoots or backyard events, we’re happy to build a custom package.
Do you serve all of South Florida?
Yes. We provide plant rentals throughout South Florida, including:
Miami
Fort Lauderdale
Coral Gables
West Palm Beach
Boca Raton
Homestead
All areas south of Orlando
If you’re outside this region, contact us and we’ll let you know if delivery can be arranged.
Delivery, Setup & Pickup
Is delivery included in my rental?
Yes. Every plant rental package includes:
Delivery to your event venue or home
On-site setup and staging based on your layout or inspiration
Pickup and removal after your event ends
We handle all logistics so you don’t have to lift a finger.
What if I need the plants for multiple days?
No problem. Multi-day rentals are available. Let us know your event schedule and we’ll quote accordingly. This is especially common for weddings, trade shows, and multi-day conferences.
Can you install at any venue?
Yes, we work with indoor and outdoor venues, including:
Hotels
Convention centers
Private homes
Churches
Schools
Theaters
Restaurants
Outdoor parks and gardens
We’re experienced in navigating venue rules, timelines, and access points—and we coordinate with staff to ensure a smooth install.
Plant Selection & Styling
What types of plants do you offer?
We offer a wide range of event plants for rent, including:
Palms (Areca, Kentia, Majesty)
Ficus trees
Topiaries (spiral, cone, ball)
Ferns
Bird of Paradise
Bougainvillea (seasonal)
Each plant is housed in a stylish container—stone, terracotta, or neutral modern planters—and arrives in photo-ready condition.

Can I request specific plant types or arrangements?
Absolutely. We encourage you to send us:
- Photos or inspiration boards
- Event themes or color palettes
- Venue photos or layouts
Based on your vision, we’ll recommend a customized plant rental package that fits both your aesthetic and budget.
Are the plants real or artificial?
We use real, live plants only. Every rental is freshly prepared, cleaned, and inspected to ensure it looks its best at your event. Live greenery adds a freshness and authenticity that artificial décor simply can’t match.
Do you offer lighting or decorative add-ons?
Yes. We offer uplighting, white twinkle lights, and spotlighting options. Lighting can be wrapped around topiaries or placed at the base of palms or trees for added drama—especially useful for evening events.
Let us know if your event requires subtle ambiance or bold visual accents, and we’ll recommend the right setup.
Pricing & Payment
How much do plant rentals cost?
Pricing depends on:
- Plant type and quantity
- Duration of rental
- Location and delivery distance
- Add-ons like lighting or custom containers
We’re happy to provide a free, no-obligation quote based on your event details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- All major credit cards
- Business checks (for corporate clients)
If weather, illness, or other emergencies occur, we do our best to reschedule your rental without penalty.
Support & Custom Requests
Can I request a site visit or consultation?
Yes. We offer in-person consultations for large-scale events or complex venue layouts. For smaller events, a virtual consultation or detailed photo exchange usually works great.
There is no fee for a basic design consultation.
Do you work with event planners and florists?
All the time. We regularly collaborate with:
- Event planners
- Wedding coordinators
- Florists
- Designers
- Venue managers
We integrate seamlessly into your vendor team and are happy to coordinate directly with them on your behalf.
Can I rent plants for a photo shoot or production set?
Yes. We frequently provide plant rentals for photoshoots, commercials, fashion shows, and film sets. We can accommodate creative direction and provide same-day delivery when possible.
